1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between HostFlow AI ("Seller"), an AI assistant service for hospitality hosts and property managers, and the customer ("Buyer") who purchases a subscription or service through the HostFlow AI website.
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of digital subscription services that allow the Buyer to use HostFlow AI to generate, manage, and store guest reply templates.
3. Product and pricing
The features included in each subscription tier and the applicable price, taxes, and billing cycle are presented to the Buyer at the time of purchase on the checkout page and confirmed by email.
4. Payment
Payments are processed exclusively through iyzico, our secure payment provider. Accepted cards include Visa and Mastercard. Card details are handled by iyzico and never stored on our servers. The Buyer authorizes recurring charges for the duration of the chosen subscription cycle.
5. Delivery
As HostFlow AI is a digital service, "delivery" means activation of the subscription on the Buyer's account, which typically occurs immediately after successful payment.
6. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable by law, the Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. The Buyer expressly accepts that, by activating and using the service during this period, they may lose the right of withdrawal for the portion of the service already consumed.
7. Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting billing@hostflowai.app. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refund Policy.
8. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages arising from misuse of AI-generated content. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all generated replies before sending them to guests.
9. Dispute resolution
Disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved amicably wherever possible. Failing that, disputes are subject to the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees of the Buyer's place of residence, where applicable.
