HostFlow AI ("we", "us", "our") is an AI assistant for hospitality hosts and property managers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

- Account data: email address and authentication details when you sign up.
- Content you create: guest messages you input, AI-generated replies, saved templates, categories, tones, host decisions, and notes.
- Usage data: basic interaction logs needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
- To provide and operate HostFlow AI features (reply generation, saved templates, settings).
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To improve product quality and prevent abuse.
- To communicate important service updates.
AI processing
Guest messages submitted for reply generation are sent to third-party AI model providers strictly to produce a reply. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content for advertising.
Data sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers required to run the service (hosting, database, authentication, AI model providers). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Data retention
We retain your account and saved content until you delete them or close your account. You can delete saved replies at any time from the Saved Replies page.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export your saved templates.
- Withdraw consent or close your account.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level database security to protect your information.
