These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HostFlow AI, an AI assistant for hospitality hosts and property managers. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use HostFlow AI for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains personal data of guests beyond what is necessary to draft a reply.
AI-generated content
HostFlow AI produces draft replies using third-party AI models. Output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing every reply before sending it to a guest. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, appropriate, or free of errors.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property
HostFlow AI, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
