Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
7-day refund window
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- After the 7-day window, all payments — including renewals — are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
- AI usage credits already consumed are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email billing@hostflowai.app from the address linked to your account within 7 days of your initial purchase. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
